DALMAR Precision Inc. began as a partnership between Dale Hatton and Mark Dawson in 1996 with two grinders and a comparator. Each partner brought different experience and skill to the business. After serving their apprenticeships together in a carbide shop, Dale and Mark left to expand their expertise with steel tooling. Mark joined a plastic molding facility where he excelled at every aspect of plastic injection molding. At the same time, Dale had joined an assembly machine company and soon became the top toolmaker at the facility. After nearly a decade of experience in these fields, DALMAR Precision was formed. Within just nine months, DALMAR Precision's reputation for quality and service had spread throughout the area. The need to grow to meet the increasing work load forced our first expansion. By the summer of 1997, DALMAR Precision had become DALMAR Precision Inc. and quickly grew to six employees. Since that time, DALMAR has continued our success by supplying customers with spare tooling for plastic injection molds, progressive dies, and high speed assembly machines as well as complete molds and dies. Our commitment to quality, value and service with 99% on-time delivery has excelled DALMAR Precision to the top vendor status on many customer's vendor list.
